Her articles, photos, videos, and social content have been featured in Bon Appétit, Women's Health, Men's Health, USA Today and its regional newspapers, Farm Journal, The Packer, Greatist, Chowhound, Verywell Fit, Eat This, Not That, and Brooklyn Magazine. You could find Amy doing anything from co-creating a fresh-produce professional training platform and hosting a podcast to managing editorial content and freelancers — almost always about food, fitness, and lifestyles topics.
