Get ready for a new and improved venue, pickleball enthusiasts! Founded in 2023, PickleRage pickleball clubs are available in premium locations across the country, and New Rochelle is next in line. The 42,000-square-foot climate-controlled facility with 13 courts, LED lighting, locker rooms, and smart court technology officially opens on March 26. The new destination taps into the continually popular pickleball trend, known as the fastest growing sport in America, which continues to be all the rage among all ages and skill levels in Westchester County.
“We’re thrilled to be a part of New Rochelle’s continued downtown growth and bring out passion for pickleball to Westchester,” says owner Henry Sztul.

Inside the Venue: Amenities and Programming Events
The New Rochelle PickleRage location has 13 regulation-size courts that are available year-round. The climate-controlled facility provides a perfect temperature for all seasons. The spacious courts are equipped with ample lighting and advanced court technology, like video recording and livestreaming capabilities. PickleRage will also offer year-round programming led by certified pickleball instructor and coach developer Geoffrey Jagdfeld. With over 30 years of racquet sports leadership and coaching expertise under his belt, Jagdfeld will oversee coaching for all skill levels, leagues, tournaments, clinics, open play, and private lessons.
“We’re also proud to be the first PickleRage franchise to introduce an upgraded amenity package, featuring locker rooms and showers,” adds Sztul.
As far as game play goes, the courts have cushioned floor surfaces to protect younger and older pickleball players’ joints. PickleRage also has three Full Swing golf simulators, a fully stocked pro shop, and a comfortable players’ lounge.

Memberships
PickleRage is open to all players and members. Players can reserve a court as a non-member after creating a profile or opt into tiered monthly or annual membership. The Founding Pro membership is $79 per month, which includes access to a VIP party, exclusive member discounts, a swag bag, seven-day advance court reservations, and two free open play vouchers. Tiered monthly and annual membership options provide priority booking windows, discounted court fees, complimentary open play, and exclusive member events. Founding memberships are also available at discounted rates ahead of the opening on March 26.
